Join facilitator Shri Hamilton-Hubbard, E-RYT 500, in a Yoga Alliance approved 500 Hour advanced Teacher Training program to be held at Yoga Den and Bliss Yoga Shala. Shri has over 10 years of successful teaching experience and studio management and loves to help others develop their own full spectrum practice and to learn the art of teaching Yoga as a life path.
In this training:

  • You will take your personal practice to the next level.
  • You will learn a universal recipe that Yoga teachers all over the world have used to become very successful instructors.
  • You will learn advanced Yoga anatomy, posture refinement, philosophy (classical and Tantric), sequencing, Sanskrit, therapeutic Yoga applications, meditation, pranayama, ritual and manipulation of energy (prana).

Schedule and Requirements:

Teacher Training is open to graduates of a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and includes unlimited Yoga at Yoga Den and Bliss Yoga for the duration of the program.

Schedule is approximately 2 Sundays per month for 14 months from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Tuition: $4,000.00 in paid in full by November 30, 2017. (absolutely no refunds issued)

Payment Plan: Deposit of $500.00 by November 30, 2017 and 7 consecutive monthly payments of $550.00.

Why do some teachers succeed and others fail? If we want to be treated as professionals and to be paid as professionals then we need to implement and work a structured system designed to cultivate the skill set of a professional. This session provides a recipe that Yoga teachers all over the world have used to consistently become very successful Yoga instructors and practitioners.

Rehab and Prehab for Feet, Hands, Knees, Hips, Low Back, Shoulders and Neck with Shri Hamilton-Hubbard:

Learn how to identify areas of postural imbalance (and energetic imbalance) in your students and in your own body that lead to pain and limit how far we are able to progress with the physical apsects of Yoga practice. Then learn therapeutic plans for healing those issues.

Spirit Anatomy: February 24, 2017 with Kyle Roberts and Derek Gill:

In this session we look at the energy centers of the body – the Chakras- from both a Western physical model and a more enegetic model using the Ayurvedic and Rolfing systems to consider implications on physical and emotional health and healing.
