Shri Devi’s journey into Yoga began over a decade ago. The path has been rich with a kaleidoscope of teachers and traditions, synchronicities and epiphanies, exotic places and poses… all anchored by regular practice on the mat and cushion.
In 2008, Shri began a committed practice of Tantra in the lineage of Swami Rama and received mantra initiation from his successor, Punditji Rajmani Tigunait.
Stan Hubbard is a certified yoga instructor who brings a diverse background to his classes. A steady practitioner of yoga postures, pranayama and meditation since 1974, he has studied with many of the top yoga instructors and meditation masters. He is also a full time acupuncturist since 1982.

Sherri has been practicing Yoga with Shri & Stan Hubbard for 5 years. Having gained a strong awareness of the benefits of a regular Yoga and Meditation practice, Sherri decided to take the 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification at Bliss Yoga, which she completed in February of 2007.
Sherri also recently completed an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Workshop with Manju Jois in January 26-28, 2007. Her hope as an Instructor at Bliss, is to expand her knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and to teach a strong athletic and creative style to students.
As an avid practitioner for over 8 years, Pam Sorenson has witnessed the life changing effects yoga has had in her own life. The physical changes of strength and flexibility are equaled with the sense of peace and comfort she has experienced with a dedicated practice. Sharing that feeling of wholeness is her goal as a teacher. After completing the 40 and 200 hour Teacher Training’s at Bliss, she has continued her training, taking workshops with Erich Schiffman, Gary Krafstow, and Manju Jois and classes with Shiva Rae, Sean Corn, Cyndi Lee at yoga conferences.
Bridgett graduated from college and followed her passion for surfing and traveling with extensive trips all over the world. After meeting her husband Tyler on a surf trip in Costa Rica they settled down in Jacksonville Beach to be closer to their family. In 2006 Bridgett’s path led her to the power of transformational learning where she gained a new awareness of her own possibilities and of those around her. This shift in perspective allowed her the freedom and power to be the creative force in her own life.
It was during this time that Bridgett started practicing yoga with Didier Razon. Through Didier’s teachings of his Guru, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda, Bridgett was able to recognize her own inner divinity and Supreme Self. Bridgett’s spiritual path continues to be guided by many inspirational teachers, meditation and a regular asana practice. She completed her RYT 200 hours with Two Suns Rising and is currently completing her RYT 500 hours with Shri Hamilton-Hubbard at Bliss Yoga. Bridgett is looking forward to continuing her training as a teacher and inspiring those within her community to experience their own inner divinity and creative power.
Kintu started the practice of yoga for weight loss after her second pregnancy. Inspired by the myriad of benefits she experienced which included weight loss, increase in strength, flexibility, mental clarity and calmness she immersed herself into teacher trainings with Mark White, Baron Baptiste and Shri Hamilton-Hubbard. Physically she felt more energetic and emotionally more connected. The journey has led her to self-inquiry, clarity and empowerment.
Ken Revell has completed over 400 hours of yoga training, including more than 280 hours of teacher’s training at Bliss Yoga Shala. In 1985 he saw his first yoga demonstration, but it wasn’t until 18 years later that the ‘time was right.’ As his personal practice deepened through daily asana practice and meditation, teaching became the natural outcome of his desire to share the benefits of yoga with others.
Ken has studied Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Anusara, Kripalu Yoga, Meditation and Kids Yoga with Shri Hamilton-Hubbard, Stan Hubbard, Manju Jois, David Swenson, David Williams, Amrit Desai, Stephanie Keach, Mariam Gates, Rolf Gates, John Friend, Doug Swenson, Simon Park, Rod Stryker and others. He continues to take workshops and classes to further his personal growth and maintain a fresh approach in his teaching. Kali began her yoga practice with Shri in 2001. After much encouragement, she took the 2006 teacher training. Although assisting in yoga classes began as practice of karma yoga during teacher training, it has continued due to the positive comments offered by many of our yoga practitioners.
Kali is a licensed massage therapist and a registered nurse. She feels that the hands on of assisting is just another form of theraputic touch and touching people is her path in life. She assists every Tuesday at 5:30 pm. To schedule private instruction or in class assistance.
Bobbie started her yoga practice with her first class at a local YMCA over 15 years ago. For the last seven years she has continued her yoga journey with Shri at Bliss Yoga while completing the 200 and 40 hour teacher training during this time.
By providing a loving touch and gentle assistance during class I feel this is the best way I can serve others. I know with a consistent asana and meditation practice students will lead a more peaceful and purpose filled life.
Melissa went to her first yoga class in 2007 and like many first-time-yogis had no idea the life changing effect the study of yoga would bring. In 2010 she found her yoga home at Bliss where she has been practicing ever since.
Melissa completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2012 at Bliss Yoga Shala. She is currently taking her 500-hour certification with Shri Devi. An energetic and playful teacher/practitioner, Melissa hopes to pass her passion for yoga on to her students so they may fully open to all the mat and cushion have to offer.
