    Studio kept at an ambient 80-85 degrees all year round for all classes
 except Hot Vinyasa Flow Full Moon Practices (90 degrees).
 
Freestyle Ashtanga

An athletic practice appropriate for all levels of practitioners. Advanced poses and sequencing will be introduced with modifications for all levels. Working within the Ashtanga Vinyasa template, we explore poses from 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series.
     
 Class length - 80 minute practice


 
  Vinyasa Flow Level 1
An athletic practice appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
     Class length - 75 minute practice
 
 

Meditation in Motion
Yang and Yin- The first half of this practice explores fluid vinyasa to build strength, stamina and heat and the second half cultivates flexibility and serenity with long holds in floor poses.
     Class length - 60
minute practice


 
   
    Gentle Vinyasa Flow
A slower paced, gentle way to begin the flowing Vinyasa style. A good class for students who want to build strength,
lose weight, gain flexibility and bring peace to their lives, but do not want a hot and sweaty practice.
     Class length - 60-75
minute practice

     
    Personal Practice
Although we provide no formal instruction, we do offer a tranquil space to practice.
Follow along with a teacher or practice on your own.


    All practices end with calming inversions, a brief meditation and a revitalizing full body relaxation.
