Meditation in Motion Yang and Yin- The first half of this practice explores fluid vinyasa to build strength, stamina and heat and the second half cultivates flexibility and serenity with long holds in floor poses. Class length - 60 minute practice |

Vinyasa Flow A slower paced, gentle way to begin the flowing Vinyasa style. A good class for students who want to build strength, lose weight, gain flexibility and bring peace to their lives, but do not want a hot and sweaty practice. Class length - 60-75 minute practice |
