Blissed Out takes the traditional experience of team-building to a new level by first preparing your group for the day’s activities with a specifically tailored all-levels accessible yoga practice. We then add a program of activities customized for your group dynamic that will facilitate communication, mindful interaction & personal accountability. These activities build trust, higher levels of job satisfaction and commitment, and a happier work place. The benefits of successful team building go on and on.

Blissed Out provides more than just a day of wellness, we open the door to the new corporate paradigm. As you know, stress is a leading factor in a striking majority of physical and emotional imbalances. Many people in today’s workforce experience a high level of stress related to their work, or workplace dynamics. We have programs to empower your team or group with the tools to help overcome work their stressors. We focus on facilitating healthy dialogue, good communication, increased group cohesion, shared expectations, and higher levels of trust and support in your workplace.
We understand that a team’s physical and emotional health are both factors that affect the smooth running of your workplace. We acknowledge that other energetic, situational, and interpersonal factors may also impact the workplace dynamic. We realize many full-time employees in today’s work force face other challenges that may leave them feeling stressed, depleted, and unable to show full enthusiasm or involvement on a daily basis. Blissed Out’s approach to team building will teach skills that provide a sense of well-being, confidence and co-operation for all members of your team.

A SAMPLE PROGRAM
8:30 am: Our facilitators arrive and set up at YOUR business
9:00 am: Let’s rock and roll! A welcome and introductions begin the day.
9:15 am: Ice-breaking activities get that shakti flowing! Warming up for Yoga
10:00 am: All levels practice of Pranayama Yoga or Meditation
• You may choose a Team Building Program instead.
Lunch Break: Customize your program. Lunch from Noon until 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm
• We can cater your event with a healthy organic lunch or you may choose to take the time off.
1:30 pm: Team-building activities customized to fit your group needs.
3:30 pm : Program ends with a review of the day and group photo.
PROGRAM OPTIONS • LET US CUSTOMIZE YOUR TEAM BUIDLING EVENT
Basic programming can either be a half day program (Team-building only) or a full day (Team-building only, Yoga only, or a combination of the two.) Other options are available at your request.
Yoga programs includes primary instruction by Shri Hamilton–Hubbard and floating assistance (proportionate to group size) during the practice to help with posture alignment adjustments to keep your group safe.
Yoga programs include a custom-prepared sequence of postures targeted to your groups needs and dynamic. A copy of this sequence will be provided for your group. A healthy lunch (vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options) and/or a green juice available.
